Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located on 2585 Drew Road, Unit 3 in Mississauga ON, L4T 1G1

Q: What is your store hours?

A: Our store hours are

M-F: 10am - 6pm

Sat.: 10am - 6pm

Sundays Closed (By appointment only)

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 35 days. In order to  return your items, you can visit our store during business hours and return in person, or ship your items back to our store.  If you are not sure on how many boxes you need give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you get the correct amount of supplies

Q: How does equipment rental works? Can you ship the equipment?

In order to rent moving equipment you have to come in store and pick it up in person by placing a order in advance and after receiving confirmation email or a phone call. Once you pick up in store we'll ask your credit card to be put on file or a cash deposit. We don't ship rental equipment, it  must be picked up directly from us.

Q: How does Bin rental works ?

Place an order via Bin rental page, fill out your info with desired drop off and pick up date, get the confirmation email confirmation email from us, and wait for appointment day. On the drop off, driver will ask you for a credit card payment, and we'll charge you for bin rental on monthly basis. Once you are ready to return give us a call or email, and we'll come and pick them up. 

Q: How much is the delivery of Rapid Boxes.

Orders over $99 are eligible for 1 free drop off and 1 pick up within Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton. For other cities every drop off and return is charged based by zones. For example deliveries for the rest of Greater Toronto Area is $35 extra.

Q: What if I broke Rapid Box/rental equipment

You will be charged the retail price for every broken item. If we determine that you broke rental equipment you credit card will be subject to charges, and/or you will forfeit your deposit. 

Q: Is delivery free?

A: Delivery is free on all orders OVER $150 WITHIN Ontario. If you are not sure if your location applies for free delivery give us a call and we will let you know if it does. Deliveries for less than $150 are subject to shipping fees established by Canada Post

Q: Is there a commercial or retailer discount?

A: For retailers or commercial customers looking for large quantities of our supplies there are discounted rates. Contact us for more information.

Q: Are your boxes new?

A: Yes all our boxes/supplies are brand new.

Q: Why not use old/grocery store boxes?

A: Old boxes are not designed for weights typically applied while moving personal items and they might also carry bugs etc if they are produce boxes.

Q: How long in advance should I start packing?

A: Typically you should start packing 4-6 weeks before your move if your are packing yourself. However we can provide professional packers who can pack your belongs if you need some help.

Q: What are the advantages of moving Kits?

A: Purchasing complete moving kits makes your move easier and saves an enormous amount of time with moving preparations. This is because all of the moving supplies that are needed to pack your home are shipped right to your door.
